Pat Necerato

Thank you very much for a most informative and genuine training session last week. The reason I use the word "genuine" is because it really was an honest and authentic representation of the training, the program, and the people behind the scenes that make it work so successfully. I appreciate this straightforward approach to business and welcome the sincerity that is so obvious in you and your staff.

I also want to thank you for your hospitality and accommodations... I am grateful for all the effort you put into last weeks sessions and I really don't think it could have been any more pleasant.

Pete thanks again and I look forward to working with you and WWCS in the future.

I just wanted to drop a thank you note to Pete for doing a great job of training in my first month on the
floor I was the top salesman. The training help so much. A lot of my customer complemented me on how I
handled everything, and I believe it all started at the basics.

Thanks a Million,

I did my homework and stopped at a few car dealerships and attempted to buy a car. Their Meet and Greet
was definitely different from what you were trying to get across to us. I know that training from you would benefit me for the rest of my life, not only with car sales but with life itself.

About a year ago I took the WWCS course on Automobile Sales at Murphy Mitsubishi in Pelham, AL.  I was consistently top salesman at the dealership!

Let me fill you in on my first year as a car salesman.

I completed training with Worldwide Training on
May 11th 2001 . I began selling officially on June
first. As you know we are a small Cadillac-Nissan dealer selling about 100 cars a month total. We normally have 12-14 salesmen between the two dealerships. World Wide’s training gave me a good start in the car business. It provided the basic foundations I could use to succeed. I have averaged about 12 cars a month with a high of 18. I
was salesmen of the month twice and tied two more times for first. My first year earnings should top 50.000 and
I expect much greater earnings as my experience and customer base continue to grow. I was not an experienced salesmen by any means from previous work experience so I really feel the training I received was a great start to a successful career.

Thanks again,
Steve Coy

Everything is going fine at the dealership. I sold my first car two
weeks ago, but I didn't have time to send you happy mail. I sold my fourth
car last night and I have someone else coming in today. I love selling
cars and I know "the decisions I made about 3 weeks ago will affect the
rest of my life". Thanks for the training.

Thank you World Wide and Kellie Downes for sharing your excellent program with us at SPRUILL CHEVROLET. We have never attempted any programs of this nature, and WOW! We were surprised at the response and high quality as well as the number of applicants your two day advertisements brought to our doors. I have saved the best for last...Norm Oleesky is GREAT. His enthusiasm, energy, and true concern for both our company and the trainees were above and beyond. He more than exceeded our wildest expectations.

The next increase in our sales force will definitely be handled by you at World Wide, and of course, Norm.

Sincerely,

The recruiting and sales training program that you put on for our dealership this week was a huge success.

We were very surprised to see the number of people that responded to the employment advertisement as well as the quality of the people that you selected and trained. In fact, the twelve people that you have trained and provided us with are by far the most professional class of salespeople that we have ever employed.

We like your philosophy of recruiting professionals from other fields outside the car business and training them on how to sell cars.  I tried AutoMax, which THEY say, is the WWCS competitor. 2 weeks after they taught their class, all their recruits were gone. Looking back at Your ADS, and theirs, their ads were weak. Their pitch was great , but no follow through.

Recruits from WWCS prior classes are STILL leading the BOARD. We're back with WWCS, for another 11 years! And as usual, WWCS is doing a great job! Sorry, WWCS, we won't make THAT Mistake again!

Having been in the automotive industry for over twenty years, I have used numerous trainers to educate my sales staff. I recently contracted WWCS to recruit and train salespeople for our organization. WWCS’s program was an outstanding success as their advertisement brought in thirty-five people for interviews of which t I have ever seen.

We are extremely happy with the quality of the employees and their understanding of how to sell cars "the right way", therefore, I would highly recommend WWCS’s services to any dealer looking to update their sales staff.

Sincerely,

I have been in the automotive business for over 20 years. I have trained, hired, and interviewed hundreds of salespeople. Seven years ago, I started using World Wide Consulting Services. I had used other services prior to WWCS, but not with good results. For the past seven years, WWCS has helped our Dealership grow through the following:

1. They hired great people.

2. They trained the basics well.

3. We have retained over 60% of new hires.

4, It gave managers time to train new hires.

5. It saved on time of interviewing.

6. They hired goal oriented people.

If you have any questions, please feel free to call me.

P.S. You won’t make a mistake by using WWCS. You will IF you do not!

Michael St. John

Just thought I’d drop you a line to let you know how the remaining students from your June class at Holler Chevrolet are doing.

Salesman of the Month count:

Phil Thomas 2 (July, September)

Joe Spina 2 (August, September)

Michael St.John 2 (August, October)

Milton Jackson 1 (October)

Not bad for four months on the job!

Thanks for the training you provided to us. As you can see, it has paid off for the four of us! Thanks again!

Very Respectfully,

Michael St. John

For the past 2 years or so we at Bob Bennett Ford have used WWCS to handle our hiring and training. This has been a God send to have someone come in and run the adds, interview the people, do all back ground checks, and give us a GREAT pool of people to choose from. We have found that the quality of people is so much higher using WWCS and they tend to stay with our company longer if they are hired and trained thru WWCS.

We look forward to using WWCS for many years to come.

Sincerely,

I wanted to take the time to thank you for your services. The ad that WWCS ran for us generated GOOD Qualified Applicants, and gave us GREAT "Basic Training". I would highly recommend if you are in need of a Professional, Highly Motivated Training Company, WWCS, is the #1 choice.

Sincerely,

Just a short note to let everyone know how very impressed I am with WWCS, and Bob and his efforts to recruit and train new sales people for our dealership.

Bob was very positive with the new folks and his training was exceptionally motivating. I sat in on a portion of his presentation and was pleasantly surprised to find how well the students reacted to, and interacted with, the lesson plan and information provided.

I was especially pleased with Bob's de-brief and observations of my current sales and management staff. I appreciated his candor and recommendations. I am currently considering a "Back to Basics" class for my present staff

Thank You,
