Q. What type of computer will ClientReminder work on?

A. The program will run on any computer that is Window's based.  It will not work on a MAC.  Sorry.

Q. Are there detailed instructions?

A. Yes.  There are 12 pages of detailed instructions that can be printed out, or accessed from your computer at c:\notes\instructions.htm

Q.  When I install ClientReminder&t CD, what does it do?

A. Well, it copies all of the necessary files to a place on your computer called C:\notes. You can go there, and check out the files after you have installed the program.

Q. Where are all my client files on my computer?

A. They are in a place on your computer called C:\notes.

Q. Can I transfer the program to another computer?

A. No.  The program reads the unique CPU identifier on the computer that you installed it on.

Q. Supposing the Client is a lady, and changes her name what can I do?

A. Just open up Wordpad, (Wordpad comes with Windows) import her file, make the changes, and save the file.

Q. Do I need a word processing program to make changes to my client's file?

A. No.  Just open up Wordpad, (Wordpad comes with Windows)   That's what makes this program so simple.  You have all the nuts and bolts available on your computer to make money for you and your Dealership!

Q. Can I print out the information for a Client?

A. Just open up Wordpad (Wordpad comes with Windows), import your client's file, and print.
